Refund Policy

Orders Under $100

  • We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order—no questions asked!
  • Once approved, refunds are processed promptly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Orders Over $100

  • Refunds and returns are not offered for orders exceeding $100.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Online courses
  • Club memberships

Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • Defective or damaged items may be replaced.
  • To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@369project.com with your order details.

Items Marked as Delivered by the Carrier

  • Project 369 is not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier for help recovering missing packages.
  • We are also not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

As a courtesy, we will reship orders in these scenarios if the customer covers the shipping cost.
