Refund Policy
Orders Under $100
- We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order—no questions asked!
- Once approved, refunds are processed promptly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Orders Over $100
- Refunds and returns are not offered for orders exceeding $100.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Online courses
- Club memberships
Exchanges (If Applicable)
- Defective or damaged items may be replaced.
- To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@369project.com with your order details.
Items Marked as Delivered by the Carrier
- Project 369 is not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier for help recovering missing packages.
- We are also not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
As a courtesy, we will reship orders in these scenarios if the customer covers the shipping cost.
